Please choose carefully.  If you are not happy with your product we do not offer a refund only an exchange (Freight will be charged for exchanges to be re-sent, if the product was sent by a courier or Aust Post).  We will exchange your print once the original print is returned in the original new condition.  If there is a fault in the product we are happy to refund your money or exchange.  The faulty product must be returned or proof of the fault on the product to be sent to us by photos via email or in a text.  Thank you.

Your print will be packed in bubblewrap and in a custom made box.  Packaging and Freight is a flat fee of $45.00 for ready made large prints.  This freight price is for Australia wide only.
